A full complement of materials wear testing capabilities and equipment.

InnoTech Alberta operate comprehensive wear testing facilities that can be used to gauge material performance in simulated aggressive industrial conditions. We have the capability to replicate a wide range of wear environments, including:

  • Low stress abrasion
  • High stress abrasion
  • Dry erosion
  • Slurry erosion
  • Hot erosion
  • High frequency, low energy impact
  • High energy impact
  • Adhesive

Our testing is performed as per industrial standards, such as ASTM, or using in-house procedures. Our facilities are widely used by industry to help develop and evaluate wear-resistant materials for the Resource and Energy sectors.
