Chemical Analysis and Testing

Overview

ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories able to perform routine and specialized analysis on any sample matrix.

Environmental Analytical Services – Performs analysis of environmental and industrial samples consisting of air, gas, water, soils, sediments, and solids, as well as plant and animal tissue.  (Scope of Accreditation)

Fuels and Lubricants – Performs analysis of crude and refined hydrocarbon products.  (Scope of Accreditation)

Method Development and Customization

Chemical Analysis and Testing has a team of PhD and MSc-level scientists supported by an experienced team of technologists who can customize and develop novel analysis methodologies to suit your specific needs. Typically, non-routine compounds and/or novel matrices are addressed. Representative examples include:

  • Siloxanes in landfill gas, naphtha and other petroleum products
  • Non-standard compounds in air and volatile emissions
  • Metals in industrial catalysts and industrial products
  • Pesticides in plant material
  • Emerging contaminants
  • C1 to C100 composition of live crude
  • Developing methods and specifications for upstream, downstream and renewable fuel characterization
  • Instrument design and development
